Some weird words from my late idol Herman Brood. He wrote this, when I asked him for the meaning of the song title ,Zockebeye Time‘. Herman didn’t say one word the half hour before, all answers in my interview were given by his great guitar Player David Hollestelle Jr. and Tour-Manager Koos van Dijk. After my about ,Zockebeye Time‘ question Herman jumped of his chair, embraced me, murmuring something like “Sorry, ich wusste nicht, dass du dich auskennst …”, wrote his answers on a piece of paper – and disappeared for hours. The show in the Cologne club Luxor started much too late that night.
